CareZips® Return Policy

We realize that sometimes a size or a color isn’t quite right. You may return the pants to us within 60 days of receiving for a refund back to the original form of payment (minus shipping). Please use the original undamaged poly bag, and the pants be in sell-able condition. To process your request, please enter the e-mail you used at the bottom of this screen and proceed to fill out the return request questions that will appear. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we promise to process your request quickly.

In the rare case that the product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know quickly at customerservice@carezips.com. We will contact you right away - please do not send any item back to us without contacting us first. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you. This return can often be expedited quickly by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem in your e-mail.   In many cases, action (in the form of a replacement or refund) can be taken as soon as you substantiate the claim. If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via your e-mail, we may need you to return the product to us for inspection before a final determination can be made as to resolution. Physical returns without the proper return authorization will not be accepted.  We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
